2-Year Limited Warranty

Every Chinoiserie Golf bag is covered by a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, from the date of purchase.

What Is Covered

• Defective zippers, seams, straps and hardware.
• Material or construction faults under normal use.

What Is Not Covered

• Normal wear and tear, cosmetic scratches and fading.
• Damage from misuse, accidents, improper storage or unauthorized repair.
• Products purchased from unauthorized resellers.

How to Make a Claim

Contact us with your order code and clear photos of the issue via our contact form. If approved, we will repair or replace the product at our discretion.
